当初の2～3ヶ月という見積もりは、当時の当社側のデータ処理速度に関する当社の認識では最善の見積もりでした。その後、GYREは2025年第1四半期末になると公表しました。直近の3月10日の情報開示では、業界標準を使用した見積もりであり、F351のタイムラインの具体的な見積もりは提供していませんでした。業界標準とGYREの開示したタイムラインを比較すると、北京コンチネント（BC）のデータ処理に明らかな遅れは見られません。それが私たちが発表した声明の理由です。当社はGYREの主要株主ですが、当社はデータ処理を直接見たりコントロールしたりすることはできません。BCのウェブサイトが開示しているように、公式の結果はGYREによって発表されることとなります。

Our original estimate of 2-3 months was the best estimate to our knowledge of the speed of processing data at GNI side at that time. Later, GYRE disclosed that it will be the end of Q1, 2025. Our most recent disclosure on March 10 only used the industry norm to give people an estimate instead of a specific estimate of f351 timeline. Compared the industry norm with GYRE’s disclosed timeline, there is no apparent slow down in BC’s data processing. That’s how we made the statement. Although GNI is a majority shareholder of GYRE, GNI can not look into or control the data processing directly. Official results must be released by GYRE as BC website disclosed.

Based on BC’s official statement, apparently BC has not finished data process phase yet. Therefore, we believe there is no intentional delay of the results of F351 since final results can only be obtained after data processing. GNI has no material information regarding F351 undisclosed so far. Since GYRE is a public company on NASDAQ, we have no reason to believe GYRE is withholding any negative material information so far.
